Public speaking and networking

The challenge

Many professionals know what they want to say — but struggle with how to say it in real-life situations:

  • Speaking in front of an audience feels stressful or intimidating

  • Networking conversations feel awkward, forced, or superficial

  • Messages are misunderstood, forgotten, or fail to engage

  • Emotions (yours or others’) derail communication, especially on sensitive topics

Public speaking and networking are not about performance — they are about connection, credibility, and clarity.
